Emily's DanceIt had been months since I had broken my ankle. I hadn’t seen him since that night. I was beginning to wonder if my mind had just played a nasty trick on me, or if he was really there. But now I had something else to worry about. Mother decided it had been too long since I had been to a dance. I had tried to get out of it by telling her it wasn’t a good idea t dance on my ankle, but she called for the doctor and asked him. He wasn’t on my side.
Mother wouldn’t even let me pick out my dress. She said I would choose something horrid. Instead, she was having it custom made. She had even hired three seamstresses t Emily's Dance

Emily's FallI remember the first time I saw him. I was lying on the couch while my mother frantically paced in the hall, waiting for the doctor. My father was on the second floor, in his study. Mother had caught me playing tag with the other children. She had scolded me and sent me to my room to go to bed early. I had stripped down to my night gown and was lying on the bed waiting to fall asleep when I spotted the children’s books from when I was younger. I climbed out of bed and grabbed a few and climbed back into bed and started to read them.

Nightfall“What do you want?” I asked, but the little boy just turned around and wrapped his arms around his mother’s legs, hiding from me. I made a sighing noise and stood from my squatting position. No matter how many times I tried to be kind to the small humans, they always hid. I wasn’t sure why I even tried to be kind to them. They were irritating, squeaky and somehow always sticky. I glanced out the shattered window. It was almost nightfall. These humans definitely were not going to survive the night, that was a fact. I apologize. I have not been on dA in a very long time. I have had several terrible viruses, all of which show up right after I have been on dA, so I can't help but wonder if maybe dA is giving me viruses. C'mon, you would do the same. I've ben working relentlessly on my art homework. And those of you who were in my art class, I went to do inventory for service hours, and damn I've missed that room. That has to be my favorite room in the entire school.

And to sum this little entry up, I feel old. All my little friends are going to be freshmen this year. And I'll be a junior. My high school career is coming to an end rather quickly.
